This is a very nice single cassette for the promotion of the BAD single in Japan.
It was released in September 1987 by Epic/Sony, its matrix is 15・6P-431 and it contains 10 tracks (5 versions on both sides).
It features an original carboard sleeve that cover the back of the jewel case + Lyrics insert
