We sell a lot of unusual and diverse items, so we have to tailor our shipping and returns policy to tailor all!
We evaluate each return request on an individual basis to ensure that you will be satisfied with the outcome.
Please email us to request a return, giving your reason for returning the item(s). All items must be returned in the condition that they were received and all original packaging must be intact. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the unlikely event that we have made an error with an item we have shipped, or you have received an item that is not as described, we will refund you for the item(s) and the cost of the return shipping once all goods have been received by us.
If you are otherwise not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss options. We will do our best to accommodate you and ensure you are happy with your purchase. In most cases where a return is authorized by MJ Market under these circumstances, you can expect a refund of the item(s) price but not the original shipping cost, and you will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”16px”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
